How it works

We strive to make blood draws as comfortable and convenient as possible for both patients and their loved ones. We offer professional, organized, and respectful on-site or in-home services.

1. Schedule an appointment via email (gentlecaremlab@gmail.com), phone, or text (954-681-4778). 
2. Please make sure to send us your lab order, insurance information, and what days/times work best for you.
3. Note that prices vary based on location and services offered. Payment options include Zelle, checks or cash. please provide us with the location where you would like our phlebotomist meet you for your appointment.
4.  Before your appointment, gather the necessary paperwork with patient information for kit draws or lab requisitions and email it to (email above) along with a copy of the front and back of the insurance card.
5. Prepare for your blood test as instructed by your doctor, whether that means fasting or drinking water.
   
6. When we arrives, we'll perform the blood draw with minimal discomfort. 
   
7. The specimen will be transported to the designated lab for processing under the necessary protocol, and results will be sent directly to the ordering doctor."
